Scowt Report

Once you purchase a Scout Report, we will contact you to get the address and unit number of your desired unit. We will contact the property representative to schedule a time for the Scout's inspection. We will then notify you of the status of the inspection and will send you the Scout Report once it has been reviewed and approved.
Due to the nature of services, once a Scout completes the review, refunds will be voided. This is because the Scout has already done the work.
